OxyHeal Health Group was formed in 1998 to market the consolidated assets and capabilities of three corporations: Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy Systems, Inc. ("HOTS"), Hyperbaric Technologies, Inc. ("HTI"), and Hyperbaric Management Systems, Inc. ("HMS") to meet the needs of health care markets in the new millennium. The combined companies have over 30 years of corporate experience in the Diving and Hyperbaric industry beginning in 1970.
